CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of the domain name www.SUBHAKALYANAM.IN (the “Website”) and should be read along with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy displayed on the Website.

We only accept payment, refund and cancellation requests that are made in accordance with this Policy. We are not obligated to allow any other cancellations or refund any other payment, except in accordance with our policies.

SUBHAKALYANAM.IN is a platform that offers matrimonial services to users. Once an individual/client/customer has purchased any service from us they may choose to cancel the said service and seek refund. The terms and conditions for cancellation and refund are enunciated herein. 

The following shall be the payment options that are available for Users who wish to use the Website: 
a.    Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and financial institutions that are part of the Visa, Master Card & Amex Card networks;
b.    Visa & Master Card Debit cards;
c.    Netbanking/Direct Debit payments from select banks. 

In order to seek refund and cancel the services, the purchaser shall foremost send us an email communicating the same at info@SUBHAKALYANAM.IN.

If the email is received by us before the start of the service (i.e. before the service is live/listed), a deduction amounting to 25% of the billed amount  shall be done, after which the refund of remaining amount shall be made within thirty (30) working days from the day the request is received by us. Any transaction charge arising out of this shall be solely borne by the purchaser of the service.

However if the email for cancellation of service is received by us after the service is live/listed and/or SUBHAKALYANAM.IN. has started working on such service then no refund shall be made. The purchaser may still send us an email at info@subhakalyanm.com to remove such listing that has been done and/or to not avail such service. However no refunds shall be made even if the service is cancelled under such conditions.

If www.SUBHAKALYANAM.IN terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees, if any, paid by you. Certain provisions of this Agreement Term for the paid Membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken. If www.SUBHAKALYANAM.IN  has a reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member of the website then We may terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you.

www.SUBHAKALYANAM.IN will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication / Content from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund.

No other cancellation or refund requests shall be entertained.

By registering your profile through any of our above domains owned by SUBHAKALYANAM.IN or by the remittance of fees you become a member of SUBHAKALYANAM.IN Once you become the paid member and started searching for profiles, you shall view the contact details of the other members. You shall also know how SUBHAKALYANAM.IN works as an intermediary between you and other members. So you hereby agree and accept that, that what every the subscription/membership/service fee you paid will not be refunded by SUBHAKALYANAM.IN

In addition, the following factors are also about the refund of membership payments which is explained briefly.

a) After registration and making payments, if you do not find any matching profile for your desire or if there are no profiles available to your local location, SUBHAKALYANAM.IN will nor refund any amount. This www.SUBHAKALYANAM.IN is serving you in AS IS basis. Availability of matching profile to your desire is according to the new joining of members and available duration of brides and grooms. So please read the refund policies before making payment.

b). Refunds in the event of wrong/objectionable content being posted on the site would be at the discretion of SUBHAKALYANAM.IN In the case of failed online transactions, which result in no services, SUBHAKALYANAM.IN offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts.

c). You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by log in to your membership account and canceling your account in the ACCOUNT settings of your profile or through writing to SUBHAKALYANAM.IN (www.SUBHAKALYANAM.IN or the domains and sub-domains owned by SUBHAKALYANAM.IN). In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees or duration, if any, paid by you.

d). SUBHAKALYANAM.IN may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address as provided you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to SUBHAKALYANAM.IN.

e). If SUBHAKALYANAM.IN terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees, if any, paid by you. Certain provisions of this Agreement including sections (Section Numbers) of this Agreement shall remain effective even on termination. The term for the paid Membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken.

f). If at any time SUBHAKALYANAM.IN, in its sole discretion, is of the opinion or has any reason to believe that You are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation of your eligibility, SUBHAKALYANAM.IN hereby reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the services of SUBHAKALYANAM.IN without any refund of any money paid to SUBHAKALYANAM.IN.

In addition to the above, please pay attention to read the terms and conditions of our www.SUBHAKALYANAM.IN before making any payments.
